What happens when my Design Partner year ends?

You auto-convert to Founder Pricing — £19.50/mo, locked for life. We email 30 days before, and again at 14 days, so nothing surprises you.

What does Founder Pricing 'locked for life' mean?

Once you're on Founder Pricing, you stay on £19.50/mo as long as your subscription is active. Even if we raise the headline price for new customers.

Is there a free trial of Founder?

Yes. Founder is free for your first month as long as you stay under 25 items. Cross 25 items or hit the end of month one, whichever comes first, and the £19/mo subscription kicks in. No card needed to sign up. Design partners stay free for 12 months at the same 25-item cap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings, no questions, no pro-rations needed. Your access stays until the end of the period.

What happens if I exceed the item cap?

During launch your data is never blocked: you'll see a banner suggesting an upgrade. After billing goes live (B244) hitting the cap means new items are blocked until you upgrade or remove some.

Is the workspace shared between two staging companies?

No. Each workspace is licensed to one business. The terms of service prohibit sharing access with parties outside your organisation. Two studios = two workspaces = two subscriptions.
