Do my staff need to install an app?

No. Stagers Hub is a Progressive Web App — opens in any browser, works offline, can be added to the home screen on iPhone or Android with one tap. No App Store, no review delays, instant updates.

What about my existing inventory list?

Import a CSV from any source (Sortly export, Excel, Numbers). The importer matches locations by name, validates each row, and previews before commit. Up to 1,000 items per import.

Can clients sign on a phone?

Yes. The signature pad works on any touchscreen. The signed PDF generates instantly and you can email it before you leave the property.

What if I delete something by accident?

Deleted items go to a trash that holds them for 30 days, with a countdown. One-click restore at any point during that window.

How does the AI work, and is it private?

The AI runs on Anthropic's Claude. Your inventory data is sent only when you ask a question and is not used for training under Anthropic's API terms. We log only token counts and a query summary, for cost tracking.

Can I export my data and leave?

Always, no questions. Items export as CSV from one click. Photos and PDFs are downloadable. Your data is yours.
