About Stagers Hub

The home base for furniture staging studios.

Stagers Hub is the inventory and project tool we wished existed when our own staging studio was juggling 200+ pieces, six concurrent projects, spreadsheet schedules, and an insurance schedule that took two evenings to update.

Generic inventory tools (Sortly et al.) don't understand projects with start and end dates. Generic rental software charges >£100/mo and doesn't understand how staging actually works. We built the product that fits.

What we believe

  • Inventory should be a tool, not a chore. Adding an item should take 30 seconds, scanning one should take 1 second.
  • Every project has a window.Items aren't just “in storage” or “at a location” — they're committed to a window. Conflicts are real and the app should warn you.
  • The PDF the broker wants should be one click. So should the sign-off the client signs.
  • The AI should know your stuff.Asking “where are my white couches?” out loud should just work.

The team

Built by a husband and wife: she runs the staging studio, he writes the code. Designed alongside her staff, used daily before any other studio sees it.
